I was curious as to what's HBGs Logo/symbol/thing to be recognised by is.
I can only presume at the moment it's the Cogwheel thingie, but I wasn't entirely sure if this was to be what it's meant as.

Yes sometimes my mind wanders onto stupid things.

We were trying to go with an industrial theme. The cogwheel is the main feature.

(Although my original logo had a cock in it; someone else removed it because they're grumpy muppets and didn't see the point)

The rooster was an inside joke that nobody outside of a handful of people understood. It was dumb.

Cogs and gears symbolize construction and invention, and we are a game making/inventing site. I don't thin it goes much deeper than that.

well yeah if it looked like a mascot but it was just a silhouette

and anyway we wouldn't necessarily need a mascot in the header. maybe just to randomly pop up in announcements or to be the avatar/persona for the ".org staff" member
