Having some trouble with my shading =\

The back and underside of the right arm, a little on the lower part of the dress, and maybe a little on the face need shading

i haven't bothered with her bottom part of her dress cause it'll be cut off

and her face is supposed to be like that it's the style...

However i'll fix up that arm, but it's really the hair i need advice on.

Here is your problem:
You have 2 light sources.

1. you need the natural light source, this is defined by you.
2. The 2nd light source is in the center. you need to shade in areas in a circular area, then work in the natural light.

So if the light source was from the top left, lets say you wanna shade her right leg, you show the radiating light down her leg to a stop point then continue shading it unless she bends her leg into the natural light, then show that highlight. However if you were doing the left leg, you need to show radiating highlights, shade end, then bring in natural light and shade accordingly down the leg.

Do you see what I mean?

The head looks freaky!!!!

Try making it smaller and less point on the sides....
Everything else looks to be in order....
OH and the stuff the person above me said ^^

Sorta~ Don't suppose you could do a quick example.. stick figures even XD I work much better by example.

personally i think u should get yourself some line art then worry about your shading <.< Clean smooth lines make everything more beautiful especially in the case of anime or other cartoon styles.
