Half Kaiser templates.

I'm looking for the full set of Half Kaiser templates. I Googled, but they seem impossibly hard to find. I'm amazed, actually. Does anyone still have them?

Also, there used to be this chap called Showkaizer. I think he's been gone for a good while, but he used to make some impressive Half Kaiser sprites. Anyone know if he got a website somewhere?
