gubidi's TBS - Unbalaced, How do I drop XP gain and ATK gain

No matter what I try and do to the stats and growth rate in the database, Gubidi's Battle system seems to make my characters level up WAY to fast, and gain much more stats than they should, how do I fix this?? It's a real problem seeing as beating like 2 guys levels up my characters. That's messed up.

Just configure an small curve on the database '-'

since the damage formula is an multiplication [atk * (str + 20)], at higher values an simple +1 can make an big difference.

Set them to gain about 1-3 points/level, and create weapons with low values.

Is's really hard to make an balanced system for TBS. Since actors and enemies are considered "the same".
