This is what Im working on as of now. I am planning on making the 7 books into RPG Maker XP Games. Oh Yeah, I won't start the games until I get better at spriting and release my first game first. And also, contructive critism is welcomed and if possible, links to shading and clothes and hair and glasses maybe.

The outline of the robes is too dark. Also, the bottom is too flat. other than that, geat job, although the yellow on the badge is a bit much. Maybe try a light orange?

Uh, if you look at the badge, on the moving animations, the badge switches sides.o_O

I made a new version of it and thanks for your words! Now instead of a shirt and bage, its a sweater with a scarf and the badge.

I've made my own RPG-style Harry Potter sprites, and your's is pretty good. The one thing I noticed right away is that the scarf doesn't show the Gryffindor colors like in the movies. I don't know if it's supposed to, but right now it looks more Hufflepuff colors to me.
