Really interesting use of RPG Maker there. Love the graphics and gameplay. But when I was playing it I noticed a couple of things, and got some errors.

First thing is I got a game crashing script error to do with Sprite.Character whilst killing one of the enemies in a corridor.

Also with the graphics of the characters I think you should reduce the saturation, as they really seem to stand out from the gloomy backgrounds.

And finally, slow things down!! The manaquin type enemy things move slightly too quick. Try slowing them down to be more ghoul-like.

Other than that the game is great :D

@Vergessen:
Sometimes you will get that error notice, but it's only because I have the free account for megaupload. That means I can only have one of my files being downloaded by a user at a time. Somebody else somewhere was probably just downloading it when you tried to is all. Just check in on it from time to time and you'll get it.

@oblivia5:
That Sprite.Character script error happens when you've been playing for too long without resetting the game (F12ing it). I don't know why but RMXP has always done that with my games. Maybe the RGSS just wasn't meant to handle so many large images at a single time. The only thing I can really advise is to save after a series of battles or cut-scenes and then F12 it. It is a bit annoying and I do apologize for that but I don't think RMXP was meant for a project like this. Unfortunately XP and IG Maker is all I know, and IG Maker couldn't handle even a quarter of the memory XP can.

I don't know anything about the technical stuff but here is an image of what's in the Enterbrain XP folder, maybe you'll know what these are:

@gRaViJa:
It's not a dumb question. After you first leave the bathroom where the save is, immediately go back in and get the key out of the locker in the first screen. Then go down the stairs outside and use it on the door at the bottom. And you're in!

@oblivia5:
Cool thanks! I'm gonna give it a try.

I tried changing that line on that file and it seemed like the game played for longer than it normally would, but I still eventually got an error message during a cut-scene. This is the one that always pops up after playing for a while, is it the same one that you also got?

This might be dumb, but i don't know how i can enter the mansion, all doors are locked and no key to be seen.

Took me quite a while to get in aswell. But there's another area to go to from the first map after you go up the stairs. Instead of going left to the top where all them doors are locked, go up.

I was doing some touch-ups on the project and I noticed what you meant by slowing some things down. Those dolls are way too fast! Maybe my computer was running slower before or something... So on that note I slowed them down! And the characters' lighting will be adjusted on Part 2 of the project.

I've been busy for a little while now with this second section of the project but I finally have a video to show some of it's new features. Those of you who remember my old Helicopter Demo will recognize the system being used in this video:
