TIME FOR SOME RAGE
ok so if you hadnt seen me ranting on irc then you prolly dont know that im incredibly pissed at the winners of this years GG's. And before ANY of you fuckers say "HEH LOL MOOG THE GG'S SUCK HEH" YES I know this but they are usually a pre-cursor to the Oscars so its always good to pop in and watch the winners because they might be alluded to in the nominations for the Academy Awards. But, the real reason im so annoyed is because LIKE 60% OF THE MAJOR WINNERS WERE BULLSHIT and I dont get how the Academy is slowly recessing into radical mediocrity. Its absolutely RETARDED at this point, and being a film connoisseur, im getting fed up with watching unfair wins, even though it is just an awards show. and btw im not talking about most of the tv awards (FUCK YOU TINA FEY YOU DIDNT WIN SUCK A COCK)
So far, the only people imo that deserved to win an award were Christoph Waltz (IB was pretty basic overall but he did fantastic and carried his character wonderfully), Jeff Bridges (he's the Dude, come on, and a really strong and laid back actor who doesnt overact in drama titles) and Meryl Streep (again, obvious why she should get it)
and as for the WTFS, way too many, Alec Baldwin, RD Jr. (WHAT THE FUCK), The Hangover (I love this movie to death but 500 days of summer deserved it), Sandra Bullock (there werent alot of choices, but WTF), MoNique (im half and half on this one and might change my mind, she did a good job in Precious butttttt idk) and FAGGOT OF THE NIGHT JAMES CAMERON TEIWUTEY09HOJE WHAT two awards, best film and director, are y ou FUCKING KIDDING ME YOU FAGGOT how much dick did you suck to tiwtj tgirj anyways,
Katheryn Bigelow totally got robbed because the Hurt Locker deserved both those awards but oh well.
/rant
So, yeah discuss what you think and what not, or just tell me im a faggot for watching the GGs
also ricky gervais was NOT FUNNY tonight but i kind of dont blame him since he's getting paid to do something no one else wanted to: host a shitty awards program
Here are the winners tonight (among some other babble) if you didnt catch it:
