Gia Chronicles[Game Logo Design C&C]

I was playing with Photoshop and came up with this, Logo/title of a game that I might get going with.

I just wanted to see what people think of the over all look, and if the placing and spacing is the best. If anyone would like to say what they think it feel free to do so.

I like the first one the gradient effect on the lettering brings it out but thats just my opinion lol

In my opinion, the two gradients completely clash with each other. Sometimes that is fine if you want to point out the contrast, but other times, like this case, it just downright hurts your eyes. If your going with warm colors, go with warm. If you going with cools, go with cools. For a first attempt, it's great.  :thumb:

Yeah, it does clash, I'll try warm colors first, and see how that looks.

It's a bit too bright! Also I can't read it, is it "Cria Chronicles", or "Ctia Chronicles" or "Gia Chronicles"?
Cause it looks like a C is overlapping another letter, took me awhile but I I realize it's Gia Chronicles.

Hmm I see, that "G" looks weird. I don't know how I could make it look less weird, maybe using a different text. We'll see.

maybe do Final Fantasy style and make the font black and simpler so it really stands out against the symbol in the back

there's a  reason it's worked so well for them for so many years.

I think the font is and the colour of the font is too different from the logo. It should blend a little more. Just my opinion though.

That font isn't that nice really...try something with less of a hand written or painted effect

I personally like this one better, more original!
I think the font needs to be changed, maybe to one with a little more flow. I can't really explain it! Maybe have a soft white border on the text, with a sort of pink or blue gradient effect. But still keeping the text visible, and readable!

I don't know, I hope this title reflects your game in some way. The gradient you used on the background picture is pretty eyepopping. I get a headache just looking at it. Eyeballs? Maybe simplicity would work here. Note this is my first attempt, but check it out anyway.

i like the first one thats all bluish colors and had the outlined letters best
its not too simple, but not too complex, its woks just good and the colors work great.

006:Thank you, I get what you mean for a softer looking text, but by more flow do you mean a smoother edge on the text, or more consistency with the text?

Rag: Yeah it's very bright,  I like it to be eye catching, and I also like to use bright colors. For a first attempt it looks very good. Now this is just my opinion, I think the text is a little too inconsistent with the bold "Stealth Force" maybe if you did it with that main font of the title it would look more tied together. The back image kinda looks like it has a major blur effect on it, is it supposed to be a wing? other than that I think you did a very great job

Auto: What one do you mean? The one with the scratchy font or the original font?
