You beat me hands down (although I did mine a couple of years ago, which only matters if you believe the tests have got easier):
I had:
A - Maths
B - Double Science, Geography, English
C - Double ICT, DT Graphics, Citizenship
D - German (I did it one hour a week after school as an extra)

And welldone on your grades.

Edit: For people who don't understand the D, M, P thing D is equivalent to A, M is equivalent to C and P is equivalent to an E (although that's A level they may differ from GCSE but I assume not the way he listed them).

Well, I think the full list is:

Higher D = A*
Higher M = A
Higher P = B

Intermediate D = A
Intermediate M = B
Intermediate P = C

Foundation D = C
Foundation M = D
Foundation P = E

But I'm not sure. Everyone at my school did Intermediate, like me, or foundation.

I didn't think mine were that good ...

Apparently, according to the news, the amount of A's has gone up lots, but the overall pass rates have gone down lots.

GCSE's = the exams you take in the UK at the end of high school (At age 16 [or 15 if you're birthday's really late]).

Actually I'm not sure, was something like 5 A* 5A 1B or something, but tbh they're just filler until college.

Allow me to push in and mouth of about my As levels...
Latin, Greek, Maths, Further Maths -> A
Philosophy, B, and I was gutted since it's my best subject and I only revised for 2 days... Not that that was because of lazyness or anything, but it was still ultimately avoidable, which was very annoying.

So I got really drunk, span, and howled at the moon. How did people celebrate getting their results?

A-> A2 Politics, A2 History, AS Critical Thinking
B-> A2 Spanish, A2 General Studies

D, M, and P is for GNVQ's (Generally Not Very Qualified). The alphabeticalism is for GCSE's (Generally Crap School Exams).

D = Distinction
M = Merit
P = Pass

Basically, it's so that someone who got a C at foundation level can say "I got a Distinction in ICT!".

Hmm obviously having some kind of mistaken identity crisis here. Nevermind ^_^

GCSEs were always stupid. I can't believe how desperately important they felt at the time... What a lot of wasted energy. Obviously in a few years I'll be able to say the same thing about A levels, (AS especially :-/). But for right now... They're still really important.
