Game Over isn't just when you lose the game, with some games you view the game over screen when you complete it.
Make the Blue parts Dark Red, and the white parts black. The font is perfect, this would do well for a title screen aswell.

IMO the 2nd one works best. Blue looks good, but better for a title screen if you released a version without the game over on it.
