Just wondering if anyone found a way to keep VX Ace from overwriting Game.exe.
For example, say I replace it with a custom one that does some fancy stuff, next time I open the project with the editor it replaces my custom Game.exe with the original - even if I set it to read-only.
I am aware I could simply use a different filename, but I want my Game.exe to be launchable from the editor for playtesting (as I've added some additional testing features, and would prefer not to have to use a batch file for this).
Any ideas?
