Flash in Sigs?

It should be possible IF right HTML tags are enabled for sigs.

They are, but it just shows the HTML Code, not the flash!

I dont' think so, html tags are used to display html codes, not to make them work...

As far as I know, the only way to display flash is to use the html tags with <> around them

Yeah. Signatures aren't really that important... it's not worth the security risk to let people have some "cool" flash movie.

But if someone abuses them the mods can just ban the moron right? Many other forums allow flash and I havn't seen it turn into a problem there.

Yes, that's like saying give everyone a gun because they look cool. Huge security issue. People will get killed, and sure you could jail the murderers afterwards, but how much help would that be? Morbid analogy, I know.

I think the answer is pretty clearly no. It only takes one immature idiot to ruin things for everyone, as we've recently seen. No sense giving anyone the opportunity.
