Flash game using RMXP graphics.

Anyways, I found some crappy flash game... I don't even know why I tried it but, in the 2-nd map or so... I found RTP characters O_o just resized, smudged and blurry...

Is this umm... legal? I thought you can't use rmxp graphics for any other projects.

On the right, you can see a front graphic for one of the Angel characters in the RTP. Guess RMXP is popular.
