Flash event (RMXP)

Hi,
  if people using Rpgmaker 2000 remember that there is an option called "Flash Character" which allows you to flash an event but I am having troubles to find this option in Rpgmaker XP. Can anyone help me finding this option please?

Edited: There is also an option called "Cycle" in Rm2k but I can't seem to find it in XP. Anyone knows if it exists plz?

For the flash character part, i think you could set up an animation with a "Flash Target" option,
and use "Show Animation" to flash the character.
These may not be the exact words in the event commands list, as i don't have RMXP on this computer.

For cycle, do you mean loop?
It's on the first page of the event commands.
