I am looking for a Final Fantasy hit system, like in Final Fantasy III.

I'm guessing it works like this...:
When you get to like level 5, you have the hit range of like, 1 to 10 hits.
When you get to like level 99, you have the hit range of like, 10 to 800 hits.
Not really sure, but thats how I want it.
