There was a CTB on RMXP.net back in the day. I don't know if I ever backed that topic up or not, I shall have to check my backups. If I find it, I'll post it.
Actually there's one right in the script listings. It's under the CTB battle systems. Here It's got some bugs that need fixing but I actually think I almost go around to them all. I'll repost it once I fix it... (or have someone help me with it).
