I'm fairly sure that Squall or as he goes by now, Selwyn, has created that script but he's only using it for his own game I think. Perhaps if you speak to him he may let you use it.

Of course its not "a little pity" Selwyn make a script for his game and don't share, after all, he coded the script, so he do whatever he wants, despite he's someone who contribute a lot with the community.
