Favorite Game Scene and Quote

Okay, simple as that, For all of FFT fans; tell us what's your favorite Cut scene and Quote in Final Fantasy Tactics and why, and we'll lead discussion based on that... Please be detailed in letting us know very clear on what scene are you talking about...

Mine is when the Game shows Olan and Orlandu, he has one Zodiac Stone and Olan suggests that they should be preppared to leave or something. And TG Cid says my favorite quote:

"They'll find out soon enough... and then, there'll be true War..."

I like it because it simply shows Cid's Power and his fearless way of fighting... and he's the closest to Balbanes that remains...

Man, even though FFT was my favorite FF it's been almost 10 years so I don't remember much. The only thing about the game that really confused me was the relationship between Delita and Balmafula... she tries to kill him but Delita's coolness is too much for her to take so he advances on her and... she doesn't speak again. Do they have hot, passionate sex? They're very close after that even though Bal is an assassin. Also, the after-credits ending confused me

When Delita kills the princess, he drops the knife to the ground and says "Ramza... what did you---"

And it made no sense.

Granted, FFT had a terrible translation. I'm glad Square retranslated it for the PSP version which is due early october. That should be the definitive version, hopefully, and will shed some light on some of FFT's more confusing aspects because it pretty much made the political drama story in videogames.

I would hope you would have more reason than this for liking this scene/character.

With regards to the ending:

To me Delita was the commoner who always wanted more than his station in life could offer him. He used and manipulated those around him to gain rank and influence until he got himself into the position to wed the princess. This made him heir to the throne, then he killed her since he had no more use for her (though he could have stayed married to her and still remain ruler, silly Delita).

I think his Ramza comment is him wondering aloud what Ramza gained for throwing away everything he had and dying (as far as Delita knows) for someone else's cause.

My favorite scene is:

After Wiegraf is defeated he staggers outside the monostary. He is mortally wounded but dispairs that he is going to die without avenging his sister's death and punishing the nobility for their roles in the hardships of the commoners. He then makes a pack with demons to extend his life so he can achieve his ends, and becomes the demon Velius.

I like this scene both for the story (selling your soul for revenge) and the execution (the moaning after the transformation is complete).

This topic is fine as is, but it might have more of a life and span if it's more general.
