Failed to Extract

I just compressed and encrypted my game, but when I tried to extract it, it said failed to extract. The point at where it failed was at an RTP BGS file. No files other than the RTP was being extracted in the first place, how on earth can a BGS file from the RTP refuse to extract? Every extracted file before that specific BGS file extracted perfectly, but that file had zero length.

Has anyone else had this problem? I just can't figure out what the problem is.
I've tried recompressing several times now, with no luck at all. Each attempt said that the compression completed successfully, so this doesn't make any sense to me.

Thanks in advance.

Did you Import or Export any of the Audio files?
It's better just to copy the files into your project. Import/export can mess them up.
Check that specific file in your project. If it's 0 size, re-copy it from the RTP to your project.

Be Well

All files are correct in the project. No zero-files. I didn't import any of them. It just stops extracting in the BGS folder at that specific file '018-Darkness01'. Nothing else is extracted.

EDIT: It's not that specific file that is the problem. I compressed without it and the file after it got zero-length instead.

EDIT2: I haven't gotten any closer, but I've found additional details. It stops at the exact same file number. Not the same file, but if File A previously was Number 8 to be extracted, and the extraction failed at this file, any file at this order would cause the extraction to fail. Makes sense? Hell no...

It might be the compression size limit problem mentioned awhile ago (check the thread here). Try moving the Audio files to a different location before compressing (or any way to lower the file size). If that's the problem, you're going to have to attach the music files in a separate link when you release the project.

This has to be the problem. Every time I compressed it, no matter if I changed the files (in fact, I did delete some files of 30 MB) the file stayed at 128 MB. I'm gonna look into this now, thanks for pointing that out.
