Not bad, but it loosk blocky in some parts such as the shoulder and ears, in contrast to the more smoother look elsewhere.
I might suggest making a few different variants such as skin tones, sexes, and weight. Plus if you really wanted to make an impression and help people, lose parts such as various eyes and hair that can be frankensprited together or edited by people who can't do these sets, or are uncomfortable doing it themselves.
Really quite good though.
