Face graphic?

Hello guys, you know when your character talks in the game. How do you get his face graphic to come up next to his writing??
If you know what i mean.
 
You should use a script named Ccoa's UMS. I think it's the best message system for XP.
Just do a forum search, using the search engine in the upper-right corner of the page, you should find it.

To use it, just open rmxp, then open the script editor (it's with the database, materialbase and sound test), you can also press F11 to open it.
Then scroll down to the end of the list, create a new script above Main (just click on Main and press Insert) and copy-paste Ccoa's script in there.
 
I did that and i got and i even watched the tut on you tube on how to do it. And when i went to test game it worked. But when i talked to the npc that i used the script with it came up with this:

what do i do to fix this??? i never have any luck with scripts

EDIT!: Ok i fixed that picture, i forgot to put in the $ sign at the start (oops srry) but now when i try to talk to the npc it says
'cannot find file 'locc face'' even thou i have it and its on my game. whats going on??
 
It may be due to the break between the two words in the name. Try manually hitting Enter after the "=".

Alternatively, you can use the commands \face[locc face] and \name[locc] in the message window, which should achieve the same effect.
 
OMG!!! DUDE! your a legend at making games and fixing them!!! thank you so much it worked, all i had to do was press enter after '='!!

Its just the way it clips the text. Be wary and use the arrow in the box as a notification of when your text will cut off.

A lil' testing and you can feel the right length of the text can go before clipping.
