Extracting Maps

hi! this is my first post so please excuse me if this is in the wrong place. i need to extract the maps in my current project to Jpeg picture files. is there any way to do this? or maybe a utility?

So you'd like to turn a map into a picture ? The way to do that would be taking screenshots of it and putting them all together like a jigsaw (Only needed if your map is bigger than your screen.)

Thats the only way I know.

well then is there any way to get the tiles? i could use them in flash to recreate the maps fairly easily

There are scripts for XP that will take a screenshot of the entire map and put it together for you. I'm not sure if it's on this website.

Your second question makes no sense whatsoever to me.

exporting tilesets. i figured that out, the only problem is the water but i am working on that too. all in all it isn't so hard. i'll try to find those scripts though.

Water and other such Autotiles would be under the Graphics/Autotiles directory rather than Graphics/Tilesets directory.
