your art needs improvement I'd say learn the average shape of the human body because the arms are deformed and the faces are too i could give u some pointers pm if you want them

Ok just as Mila2 said you need to at least know more about the basic human shape.
Picture 1
- the face is kinda strange looking
soloution : if you going to draw anime you should check around the net for diffrent artist and check how the faces look.
- The hands seem to small for the rest of the body also they look a little akward.
soloution : check your own hands, how big are they if you put them beside your face? how do they look from diffrent angels?
- the pose, I understand you tried to draw a guy sitting on his knees while he tie his belt. But if you look on the pose don't you think it look kinda strange? Try do that pose in real life... It is almost impossible to do it. Not the part to sit on your knee and tie a belt but how he do it!
Solution - check yourself infront of a mirror or go around the net check for poses ^^

Here's a website that can greatly help your figuring proportions. it has tons of tutorials and its a great place to check out for any anime aspiring artist. It helped me a whole lot while learning to draw and it gave me some awesome pointers as to how to use photoshop effectively while tring to color line art.

I see lots of good ideas with shotty execution. Work on your anatomy. Lets take a trip outside of the anime realm for abit and start with the basics. If all you draw is anime, thats all youll ever be good at.

keep doing this and you'll never get better i know you've got the talent just
but if you don't try to look at what your drawing actually look you'll just be in
a loop drawing the same thing if you don't.

When he says nothing, why would we say anything? When he doesn't answer, he can't say if he wants tips or so. I think this is hopeless.

I think his pride might be hurt a bit. I rember the feeling so clearly, I was just like him, questionable anime and 90% guess work on my anatomy. I decided to stop letting my pride get in the way of me being the best artist i can be and let myself open to suggestions on concept art.org....Hardest thing i ever did bit i grew so much.
