Ever tried Spriting a Photo?

Well This will be a long term project but I decided what the hey, I'm already bored as hell. Why not try something new. Well the Original Photo/Graphic thing is in the top left corner.

C n C so far please.

keep up the work dude, I know you can do it *boredness ftw*
but please tell me you are going to replace the dark outlines with colored ones at the end :)

It probably wont be finished.... I was bored at that moment and started spriting. The picture isn't a photo, but I didn't know what to call it. Thanks and IF I do finish it, I will change the black. I always do... Pure Black and Whites aren't good colors for me lol.

You really do know your ways with shading on the top hair part, though technically it not being a photo but it's so close to it (as being CG) so the difficulty between CG and a real photo is similar. Good job getting the outlines of the char (only at the chin it should keep going), I had hoped to see it finished. :)

Awesome Bro

I have used this method once or twice getting a basic shape for things I've sprited in the past. I remember using it to create this noveau style lamp for "Angelic Oath". I just raced the outline and did the rest myself. I think it's a really good method of rehearsing odd shapes.
