The trees to the left are normal trees that have been properly mapped. The trees to the right, however, are made from events (I made the entire tree as an individual sprite graphic). I noticed that the shadows seem to differ between the trees from when they are mapped and when they are event based. I was wondering if there was a way to make the event shadows the same shade as mapped shadows.

Does anybody know what numbers I have to change in order for this to work, and in what script they may be located? thanks for any help!

Post both the resources for the trees as map chips and the new ones you modified yourself for the event. and give the event information as well.
This may be the case already, but did you just upload your modified ones, then right click the shadow color for the transparency? Or did you make it transparent in a graphics program? Also... it could be the blend mode, that's why the shadows may be bright.
