Eternal Sonata: Chopin's Dream

Hey gang,

I wondering if anyone had heard about Eternal Sonata: Chopin's Dream, it's a console RPG coming out later this year, I got the demo earlier from the Japanese Xbox Marketplace, was wondering if anyone else had played it.

I think the game's really good and I'll probably buy it when it's released.

Yeah I did the exact same thing as you did lol.

It's a great looking game, I've been interested in it since I heard about it and it's a very original take on the style of story. It looks beautiful as well and that demo was fun even though all the musical things weren't there.

It is :D

The demo is pretty fun. The battle system is a bit hard to get used to, but once you do, it's pretty interesting.

I'd like to see how it turns out. A lot of features are grayed out.

It's frikkin gorgeous though, that's for sure.

I looked it up on IGN.com and went through the screenshots. Indeed, it is quite nice on the eyes. I also looked up some bio on the real Chopin (Pretty interesting). I absolutely love how they use real history intergrated into the rpg itself... the idea of this taking place 3 hours prior to his death is just dandy.

Looks awesome. When is it schedualed for the PS3?

I can see how much more crisp cell shaded graphics look on the next gen's here. And I love how smooth the actions look. Looks like a promising title to get my hands on =D

It's due out stateside in September across the platforms it's on apparently. So it's not far at all.

I also love the way they've created this world through the use of a historical figure, that's a really unique and nice touch.
