Enemy Attack Animation

Ok, in VX you know how the screen just shakes when the enemy attacks?
I want an animation to be shown instead of a shaking screen. I don't want the enemy animated, I want an animation to be shown on whomever got hit by the enemy to show.

For instance, I want the slashing animation to be shown, not a shaking screen.
