Elder Scrolls Quest Log Script

I am searching for a script that emulates the Elder Scrolls Quest Log system, if you are not familiar with it, the Elder Scrolls series have a Quest Log that registers the to do quests the player receives and can make 1 quest the active quests, that makes the game register the progress of the player through out that quest, the player can change his active quest whenever he wants.
If you know of any script that does this or similar, please let me know. Also if you scripters feel like writing it, I would be very happy if you shared it.
