Editing the scope

I have no idea how to edit skill scopes could any one help because I want to allow for other scopes such as two or three enemies

Your post is siriusly un-undarstandable.
If you mean to change number of enemies at a fight, press F9 (go to database) and go to the 'Troops'
Section. there you could edit the number of monsters\the monsters on each encounter

Adding more scopes for skills would be difficult if you are using the database skills. Since the editor itself cannot be edited, the limit of scopes will stay the same. The only method I can think of, is typing like scope=4 or something like that inside the skill name, then splitting the skill name through scripts, obtaining the scope value, and displaying only the skill name. A difficult process which I will not get into here.

The problem with something like this is that it's hardcoded pretty deep into the engine really. There's a huge number of mentions of scope in the standard scripts to do with all sorts of selections and menu functionality.
And, as FireRaven said, the only way to get it to work properly is likely to use a "tags" system for the skills, which requires a large amount of parsing....parsing is very complicated...lol
