it is not very likely it will pass as there is little tangible evidence to back up blum's claims

basically what it would do is replace the ESRB with a govm't-controlled ratings board and vendors would be req'd to check ID on sale of violent games

i really don't think people want to waste money on something like that when the ESRB already exists

i wouldn't lose sleep over it.
