Draw a Line from one Event to another

hello, i want to know if ther´s a way to draw a line from the Players Center, to an Event with an ID i say.

for Example:

draw_Line.new[[startx Event ID or Player],[starty Event ID or Player], same like start but end, color, opacity]

hope someone can help me...
