Downloading an image and displaying it. Will Pay.

Hey People, how you going?

After about a year and a half of not touching RMXP, I've had motivation to start up an old project.
I want the initial game menu to have a notice section, which would mean downloading an image and displaying it.

I know RMXP has online capabilites (although it would be very hard to produce a fully functional mmorpg), however would it be possible to download an image?

The easiest way would be to just have the whole notice board as 1 image, in a static url for example: http://www.webaddress.com/game/menu/noticeboard.png
..and then to replace the image whenever I have something new to say/update.

If anyone can give me any info on this, I'd be really grateful. I'd like to know A) If it's possible B) How hard it would be to script C) How much you'd charge me for writing it?

Yeah OK, I'll check it out.

Think i'm onto something, found this info on retrieving images from a url.
Now i'm just going to look into displaying images, and see if I can work something out.
