Does RMVX Support the LMBS?

First post in these forums, but anyways if anyone has played a Tales of ____ game then you know what the Linear Motion Battle System is. I was wondering if RMVX could support the one used in Tales of Phantasia for the SNES,GBA,PSP and PS1 (preferably the GBA one since it seems easiest and the most effective)
