Pardon grammar please, saving words.
Keyboard of laptop broken, holds CTRL all time (not stuck down, computer just thinks is being pressed). Causes problems since can't type (ctrl activates shortcuts when I try). Bought USB keyboard which works fine but CTRL key on original keyboard still pressed.
Device manager doesn't have 'disable' option for original keyboard. Tried uninstalling driver but it needs to restart and reinstalls driver on restart. Unwilling to open up computer to unplug manually. Google no help.
Computer stilI under warranty so can send off to get fixed but not before christmas (no permanent adress to send it back to until then). This is part of reason why unwilling to open computer up.
Will do art for provider of successful solution.
Using handwriting recognition to write this. It's not fun.
