Diddle's Sprite Dump

[Diddle]

I'll be posting all the sprites I create from now on in this thread.
So far I only have one sprite to share with you, and I created it in
MS Paint on my junky laptop, so it took a long time, but it came out
better than i expected. So here we go.

the wrappings on the bottom used to be better, but they got f'd up because
i mess with them way too much.

I for one, really don't like this sprite, but I'll post it anyway.

the only thing i did was really recolor the hair,
get rid of the pony tail in the back, and added a little flickery hair on the top,
not much.

The blade is too short compared to the handle. Anyway, really good shading! Great job!

Hey there.
I agree. The blade is way to small to be called a sword. Especially after taking the hand guards into consideration. The actual blade would not go in to far before the hand guard prevented it's progress.
Still though. Nice peice although I would call it a dagger.

yeah its supposed to be broken, but ill fix it to look more broken. :D i dont know what to do, but ill do it. and ill post more sprites.

Some good stuff, but your dragon mosnter. Your shading is very detailed but your colours and shading make it look very messy. I recommend making it more simple designed. Thats just me.

Hey Diddle,

I really like the eyeless demon. I particularly like the fluid animation of the blinking sword. The sprited guitar is both well done and quirky. I can't reallt comment on the actual character set, because it's hard to tell how much of it is original and how much is edited.

I like the blonde boy under the odd top that is under the guitar weilding boys. Was there a template you used to make that with?

I'm pretty sure that's the K-sama template, Rye. I've used it before too.

Anyway, this is some very nice stuff. You're quite the artist Diddle. I think you've already heard my opinion on the dragon too, even if it was a while ago. Speaking of which, are you planning on finishing it?

The sword is also my favorite. I think it looks just fine the way it is. Looked broken to me. And, thats amazing for something done in paint. Well done!

I don't know if ill ever finish the dragon , Its just not on my priority list. Even tho id like to get it done, i think there are more important things atm. But thanks everyone for the C&C.
