Desktop Background Request

Hi, I know that this is my first post actual post here, but I have a modest request.

I've recently purchased a new laptop and I'm trying to customize it my liking. Most of my improvements have gone smoothly, however, I still lack a perfect desktop background. Now I've been around RMXP.org and creation asylum enough to know that there are some very talented graphic designers here, so if any of you think you can give this a shot, here is my request:

Desktop Background:

I'd like the background to include six characters from my favorite anime series's. The characters I want are:
Roy Mustang (Fullmetal Alchemist)
Maes Hughes (Fullmetal Alchemist)
Gin Ichimaru (Bleach)
Rukia Kutchiki (Bleach)
L (Deathnote)
Misa Amane (Deathnote)
Background Scene: Use your artistic creativity to determine an appropriate background for the picture. Anything from flames to waves is fine. Surprise me.

What is your budget? Or are you requesting this for free?

Well, yeah. I've made requests like this in the past when I was working on RPG Maker things (not here), but this is the first time someone has talked about budget. I guess I've just been away from the forums for a while. I'm not trying to come off as offensive, but I wasn't planning on paying for this. I figured someone might take an interest in the request and offer to give it a shot just to help me out.

Nah, thats just me. I find it hard to believe someone wants a full image for free. I thought it had to be all drawn from scratch. Guess I mis-read something.

And this subforum is only really designed for people to post their art and get it critiqued.

Try posting a request like this on, say, a photoshop forum or something.
