@Prexus
Well I think the text formating will work with css
@Spidey
It suposed to be a paper with a drwan website and most papers got the line on the left of th paper
and the red text wasn't suposed to stay there but I can't delete it anymore and don't have time to make a new header
There's no way to FORCE a user to have a font size... and if there is, you probably shouldn't do it. Even when you specify a font size in CSS, the user can still make their font smaller/larger.
It's a decent try and concept, but the design is well ... I have to say really ... REALLY bad!
I can almost recite your .PSD history for all the graphics and that's not a good sign.
The site as w hole is really bland, The font is a bad choice (Use a sans serif font like Verdana or something.), The charcoal effect does you no favours and like stated before ... the lines are far too wide apart.
I've done a design using a similar style, But It wasn't for the content area. Let me grab it for you ...
This design was made in hope of a great comeback for Glass-jaw. I was teamed up with the late, great Kaeru-Sama were we was coming together with our resources and keeping them updated as often as possible. Sadly, it didn't work out and it flopped. The template is a waste, but I enjoy making them more than using them, So I don't really give a shit.
This template was designed and finalised August 13th 2006
The paper look was achieved by simply sopying it from my college jotter. The blue lines are 1px wide going horizontally and are #bdbdde in colour. As for the margin, that's a vertical line 32 pixels away from the edge of the paper and the colour is #debdbd.
The punched holes were achieved by simply cropping and deleting a circle and dropping a shadow from the overall document.
I'm not quite sure why I've just told you all this ... but it may help? O_o

The new header is much better than the first. Although, the links are VERY close together with no means of separating them. At first I thought this was your slogan, And it was only after "Customs" I realised that they were your links.
Also, Maybe get a texture for your wall. If the site isn't for commercial use and it's merely to put your artwork etc etc, then just google "brick" or "cement" and add it in an overlay layer above the wall you've drawn. It will make it look so much better and so very simply.
