Data Resource Encryption.

This isnt a script, more of a utility request, After I am done with my project I wanna have a sealed up verson to distribute in a way that all my resources cannot be accessed.

The RMXP system already has an encryption system that combines the data and graphics folder into a single file.

Meanwhile, Me(tm) made a utility that performs a minor encryption on audio files so they can only be played IN your RMXP project.
