Dancing Robot, saviour of all mankind

This song is about Dancing Robot. He was sent back in time from an era where people no longer dance, in order to prevent that terrible future from ever occuring, by holding a great big rave.

All instruments are from synthesizers. The voice is mine (sung into my headphones, since I do not own a mic) and the robotic voice was synthesized with festival.

Owowow, the square waves blare too loud, and the voice clashes with that. xD Try lowering the volume a wee?

That doesn't excuse or change the fact that the square still clashes with the voice in terms of volume. Even if my slider was on the lowest to where I could still hear the song, the voice would still be drowned out by the synth.

The square wave part is already extremely quiet in comparison to the other synths, so I do not see how I can improve that. I do agree though that the volume of the vocals is too low. I'll screw with them later, or redo them entirely (possibly with an actual microphone! I can acquire one over the weekend).

I am not sure if we are thinking of the same part. The bassline is a sine wave, the do do do do's that start right from the get-go are a sinewave combined with a curvy triangle wave. The higher pitch part that comes in at the first verse is the only actual square wave, and I find that to be extremely quiet.

eta - I misread your first comment as you saying the whole thing was too loud, which implied to me you didn't understand how to adjust volume. Sorry!
