Not sure if this has been requested/created before, if it has please direct me there. I just need a Script that can be called via event. It will show a Picture (Of a map) and then a Miniture Icon Displaying your Current position on the Map. See Figure 1.4

Explanation of Map:
-At the top left corner, it displays the name of the Area the curser has selected.
- The curser Looks like this:

when you move with the arrow keys, it will jump to differant defined area's
- Select 'Back' to finish up.
- Shows an Icon in an Area showing the player's current location (represented by the little AIM type icon in the mountains)

If anybody could script this, please let me know. I would like it to be easily editable so that I can easily create other places you can visit.

I have a WorldMap & Teleporter System in my Test Bed Beta (link in signature). It should work for what you are wanting.

do they require the SDK to use?

Your asking a co-author and SDK extremist. :p

It is possible to make non-SDK, but will require you to add the script itself. You won't be able to directly copy and paste, but copy and paste in multiple sections.

I am planning on a tutorial for converting SDK<=>non SDK system, so just wait for that I guess unless someone else does this for you.

ok thanks man. I would love to have SDK, but messes up over half my scripts.

Then request they be made SDK. You wouldn't be suprised how people don't utilize this. Many non-SDK can be made SDK compatabile in as little as an hour.
