Custom Title Screen For Rmxp Game

Hey, please. I need some c&c on this title screen I am working on. This is not my first attempt, but I have't gotten any feedback on it yet. So, could at least do me that favor. I know that it's lacking an image and stuff, but I will get to that. Also, how might I add an image in there without ruining the title screen?

Well the black text is boring.
I would guess by looking at this that the game revolves around the sea somehow. Or that Phanare is a place surrounded by water?
Theres a big space between "Legends" and "Of" and the whole thing is off centered so you must be implying that you want to put an image behind the text that also stretches to the right so that it'll be centered and aligned with the "new game/continue" options (assuming your using the default).

You were asking how to put an image in there but I don't know what that image is. Did you have an image already?

You can add an image by making another layer, pasting the image on it then changing the opacity (how transparent it is).

Assuming you're using a program that does layers. If not, you should. Paint.NET is a good free one.

Possibly, but Ahriman's Prophecy uses alot of Mack/Blue work, and I'm sure the series of 3D backgrounds are also done by Mack/Blue/FSM.

Also yeah the plain black text isn't that appealing.
