See countries like North Korea and Iran will openly use nukes. Just setting off one nuke could cause a full scale nuclear war. USA use nukes differently. We air burst, it does not leave the ground saturated with radiation particles. NK & Iran are dangerous, and threat to the entire planet. Civilians? They won't care about America's civilians. They hate us. If we have to kill a few civilians to save this planet, we will. North Korea and Iran are perfecting their missile range to kill us. If they had the range they would attack us now. They're almost there.

So it's best to let the enemy aim at you first? Why not kill him before he even aims? Seems like you want him to shoot first. I'll be afraid for my life if you're were in charge...

It's not that simple. They're bad. We are not. USA's range is intercontinental. We can launch a strategic strike anywhere on Earth within 45 minutes. So we're pointing a guns at everyone really, but it doesn't matter because we're a good faction. Russia does the same to show equal power, you don't see them making nuclear threats. Are North Korea and Iran good factions? What positive impacts do they have on the world? Exactly...... Yes they're stupid enough to cause a nuclear war. That's the problem.

Someone clearly has no idea how international relations work. China and the US are incredibly dependent on eachother- it wouldn't be in the best interest of either to destroy the other, and merely trying to do so would put an enormous strain on resources.
