Critique on my Charsets

Hey guys, started work on a game a few months back with the hope of having at least *some* of it done before I go back to school, anyway, here we are three months later and I have most of the storyline, and I've just started on the graphics, here are two charsets, in the kaeru-sama template (where did he go?) One is a main character called Wallace (green coat) and the other is a generic enemy called an enforcer comments and critique welcomed.

The first one is AWESOME! Nothing else to say on that one! The second one is quiet weird, the green-ish part should be shaded more, I know what yoy're trying to give as effect but try a small anti-aliasing, it could help a bit!
