[Critique/Feedback]Logo/Header for NGCS

This took me around 1 1/2 hours, and I gained inspiration from Hanzo Kimura, then I searched the 'Net. I found textures and then learned a simple technique to come up with that logo.

Basically, that header/title I've made is my first game for RMXP. It's about a newly-launched online game being played by millions. Then the game soon became a murdering toy a month after, and it began killing thousands of gamers.

How did you do the line effect on those letters, because I need a new logo for my game currently under production, and you must be good at making them? I think it looks good, but you should seperate the log-in a bit from the actually game title, to make the title stand out more, and be less clumped. I'll search some textures, I'll find one eventually, I need a blood like texture, might not find one, but I'll do my best.
