could not read condition data

please help me i dont know what to do, i converted to the legal version, but then i found that new version of postality knights and i installed it and now when i load a game it comes up with an error message saying, "could not read condition data"

can someone tell me what this means and what to do about it so i dont lose my game and what to do to be able to work on it some more...
