Hey guys.

So I've been working on a little design idea for the new band, The Valet.

I'm not sure if anyone can help me or not, but I have a question. I found an image.... http://www.newsobserver.com/content/med ... ornado.jpg Here. And I tracked it to a thumbnail in triangle.com.

I used the image to create:

The band and I all decided that we want to use it for the album cover and some tee designs. But.... we can't seem to find the photographer. I've searched everywhere, and even sent an email to the triangle.com staff to see if I can get any info.

Any suggestions? I've edited the photo a little, as you can tell. But it's still very recognizable, and I don't want to end up getting sued if someone happens to see the graphic one day. I mean... I doubt we'll ever make it any bigger than local, but one can dream, and I'd hate to lose everything the entire band has worked for, because I screwed up before we even have the first cd made.

if it's a stock photo from a stock photo website (i'm not familiar with triangle?) try contacting the website's administrators.
