Copyright for a Dylan Thomas Poem?

I don't know about you guys, but Dylan Thomas is one of my all time favorite poets with works such as "Do not go gently into that good night" and "Was There a Time".

3. I want to use part or all of a Dylan Thomas poem in my game, but there are few online resources telling me who owns the copyrights... anyone have an idea where I should start looking?

Im not into poetry, I like to write a bit of my own, but not read others. Im wierd like that.

I would say just put that its an extract of dylan thomas, since your not selling your project, I dont think anyone would care for anymore than that.

Thanks for the feedback, but I really want to maintain legality as much as possible...

Anyone else know how to go about inquiring as to who owns the copyrights and how its protected?

Considering Thomas is dead, I'd assume his estate. You could send them a letter and be like "hey i am using a poem in my amateur game can i have your permission" but I really don't think they'd care one way or the other, as long as you're not trying to PROFIT from it (i.e. pass it off as your own).

Also I am not a sohuge p0etry fan so.
