Convert into RTP Character Set

Type of resource requested (charset, tileset, portrait, etc...): I want to convert that character set into an RTP Character Set
Describe: Hello everyone, last week I went onto that site listed above in order to make a quick character for my game. However it seems that the characters look big in size compared to the other characters, NPCs, etc. So I'm asking if anyone would like to re-sprite them into an RTP version. I'd greatly appreciate it. I'll show it by adding your name to the credits.
I want at least these two characters changed:
Note: As you see in the pic for the first character, he's left handed. He's carrying his sword on his left side. Can you please make him left-handed.
