conditional skills

hey right ive been looking for this script for a couple weeks now.
I found the kcg version but i keep getting errors.
Which i am unable to figure out.
I found sephirothsspawns version but the link to the demo is broken.
I have checked the lost scripts section and im unable to find it.
well anyway I'm looking for a conditional skills script.
even an original simple version would do.
it is the last script to complete my battle system and i
would really appreciate any support.
thank you for your time reading this.

okay for those of you who do not know what conditional skills script does.
i shall enlighten you.
say you have a move called poison slash.
conditional skills would make the skill unavailable
unless the player is under the effect of poison.
its basically making moves unavailable unless the player is under certain conditions.
ya dig?


ps: sorry if that sounded abrupt or rude.
