Compiled game work with Vista ?

I've compiled a game into a small demo, and wanted to see if it would work on Vista, so I tried it on my brothers PC, which is vista, and it didn't work, it just stayed black, then

Uhhh, right click it and Run As Administrator. This will set it so that the RGSS Player will run it.

I make my game off my XP laptop and it works fine as a source code on my VISTA laptop.
And no I didn't use "Run as Administrator" or set capability.

Strange question: Does your brother's computer have the required DLL on it? Because if you try to run a game without the dll it does something that sounds the same: opens, displays black, then shuts down.
